Quotes and Payment
- All quotes are free and valid for 30 days.
- Final cost may vary if additional items, access issues, or changes occur.
- Payment terms will be confirmed in writing before the move.
- We accept card, bank transfer, and other agreed methods.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate details for quotes (addresses, inventory, access details).
- Ensure items are packed safely (unless we provide packing).
- Be present or appoint a responsible person at collection and delivery.
- Secure parking and necessary permits for loading/unloading.
Limitations and Liability
- We take care with your belongings, but we are not liable for delays outside our control (traffic, weather, road closures, accidents).
- Fragile or valuable items must be declared in advance.
- We are not responsible for items packed by customers that are damaged in transit.
- We are not liable for loss caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Short-notice cancellations (within 48 hours) may incur charges.
Insurance
- Standard goods-in-transit insurance is included.
- Higher-value insurance can be arranged on request.
Storage Services
- Storage units are secure but used at customer’s own risk.
- Payment for storage must be up to date to maintain access.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
